Internal Sales Executive

Our client is a leading commercial wholesaler supplying customers across the UK and Europe. We’re looking for a confident and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join their busy sales office and help drive continued growth. If you thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy building strong customer relationships, this role will suit you well. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound sales enquiries and proactively contact existing customers to maximise sales opportunities * Provide accurate product information, pricing and availability * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service at all times * Process orders efficiently and liaise with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery * Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities across the product range * Maintain CRM records, customer notes and sales activity logs * Support the wider sales team with quotations, follow‑ups and general administrative tasks What You’ll Bring * Previous experience in internal sales, telesales or customer service * Confident communication skills and a friendly, professional manner * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple enquiries * Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders * A proactive approach with the ability to spot opportunities and close deals * Experience within automotive or wholesale sectors is beneficial but not essential If you’re driven, customer‑focused and ready to be part of a growing sales team, we’d love to hear from you.
