Location: Redditch Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-Time Maternity Cover Salary: Up to £170 per day About the Role Empowering Learning is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Redditch seeking a dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join their team from September 2026 to cover a maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed teacher to take responsibility for a well-established Year 5 class. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that support pupils' academic progress and personal development throughout the academic year. The school is looking for a teacher who can quickly build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents while maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour. The successful candidate will join a dedicated Key Stage 2 team and benefit from excellent support throughout the duration of the maternity cover.
