This will include mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and refinancing, banking and finance transactions, EMIS share schemes and employee ownership trusts, shareholder agreements and corporate governance documentation, as well as a wide range of transactional work for charities and social enterprises.Candidate Requirements They are seeking a mid-level Solicitor with approximately 4+ years’ PQE and a solid background in corporate and banking transactions. You will work closely with the Head of Department to help lead and develop the team, and as such will need to be a strong team player, willing to support and mentor others, and able to communicate confidently and effectively with both colleagues and clients.
