Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Quality: Support food preparation across all sections, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency while learning new recipes and kitchen techniques

Operational Excellence & Safety: Complete prep tasks accurately and on time while managing stock rotation, correct labeling, and equipment safety in full compliance with food hygiene and HACCP standards

Teamwork & Communication: Work closely with senior chefs and section leaders, showing curiosity and a strong work ethic during service, training sessions, and kitchen briefings

What Were Looking For
Several experiences in busy, fast-paced restaurants, capable of handling the pressure of the "rush"

A deep sense of service and a passion for making guests feel truly cared for and valued

A calm, professional presence with strong organisational skills
