About the role

Argyll and Bute Council is seeking a Roadworker 2 to operate in the Lochgilphead area. You will undertake structural and road maintenance works and support road surfacing operations to keep the network in safe condition.

The role is permanent, full-time (37 hours per week), Monday to Friday, with standby duties out of hours during summer and winter to ensure roads remain safe. Team collaboration and reliability are essential.
