About the role

You've got a degree but not a clear plan. That's fine. Most of our consultants didn't have one either. What they did know was that they didn't want a graduate job, earning the same salary in five years' time.

Want to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at MorePeople, what you earn is linked to what you do. No experience needed. We'll teach you everything.
For over 25 years, we've recruited only in food, fresh produce, home & garden and agriculture: the businesses behind the things people buy every week. You'll join one of our four specialist teams and become someone your industry knows by name.
What you'll do

  • Talk to people about their careers and what they want next
  • Headhunt and interview candidates
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and directors, and win new business
  • Manage each process through to offer, including negotiating salaries

Think graduate sales job, with far more variety in an industry that is super interesting.
The Money

  • £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission.
  • Typical on-target earnings are £30,000 - £40,000 in Year 1, £50,000+ in Year 2 and £70,000+ from Year 3.

What you get
You'll start in the MorePeople Academy (a structure onboarding programme), then keep learning through weekly in-house training and one-to-ones with your manager. We're around 40 people, so directors know your name and good results get noticed. You'll also get private healthcare, gym membership, and regular incentives and team events.
The honest bit
You'll spend a lot of time on the phone, hear 'no', more often than 'yes', along with processes that are not smooth running, by any means…... but if that drives you on, and makes you want to prove you can do it, you'll fit in here.
Who we're looking for
We care less about what you studied, but more about what makes you tick. You'll be competitive, comfortable talking to strangers and quick to bounce back. xwzovoh Having some experience in retail, hospitality, sport or sales helps, but it isn't essential.
What happens next
Apply via the link, or send your CV, no cover letter needed, to Lawrence, via or call me on
