Interim Finance Assistant

A well-known Bath employer is seeking a Finance Assistant to support a busy finance function during a key operational period. If you are an experienced Accounts Assistant, are immediately available or coming to the end of your current assignment, then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you. 8-12 week interim assignment based in Bath centre (local to Bath Spa Station). Responsibilities: Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions Bank and balance sheet reconciliations Assisting with month-end processes Managing finance inbox queries Processing employee expenses Supporting reporting and finance administration Suitable backgrounds: Previous Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or Assistant Accountant experience Exposure to both purchase and sales ledger Experience supporting month-end activities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working across multiple finance functions AAT studying or qualified candidates encouraged to apply What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
