Working alongside an experienced senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding guest experience, leading the front-of-house operation and maintaining the exacting standards expected of a Michelin-starred establishment.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring impeccable service standards.
Lead, inspire and develop a talented front-of-house team.
Deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences at every stage of service.
Maintain outstanding standards of presentation, professionalism and attention to detail.
Work closely with the kitchen and senior management teams to ensure seamless service.
Drive team training, development and performance.
Support financial performance through effective labour management, cost control and operational efficiency.
Build strong guest relationships and uphold the restaurants reputation for excellence.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within fine dining, luxury hospitality or a Michelin-starred environment.
Exceptional leadership skills and a genuine passion for developing people.
A strong understanding of premium food and beverage service.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and personal presentation.
A natural ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver highly personalised hospitality.
Strong commercial awareness and operational expertise.
The confidence, composure and professionalism to perform at the highest level.
The Package
Salary: £65,000£70,000 per annum , depending on experience.
