Excelerate is a leading provider of advanced technology and communications solutions for emergency services, government agencies, and critical sectors. Were looking for a hands-on, motivated Installation Engineer to join our growing team.
The Role
You'll install and commission communication, network, and AV systems in vehicles and buildings. This includes:
Running and terminating cabling (network, coax, AV, data)
Installing server rack and IT equipment
Setting up software and basic computer networks
Testing systems, training users, and supporting delivery from start to finish
Youll Need
First fix cabling experience (network, AV, etc.)
IT/networking knowledge and hands-on tool skills
Full UK driving licence
Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills
Willingness to travel with overnight stays (UK & occasional overseas)
Willingness to work at height using access equipment
