Decorator needed

Painter (Building Maintenance) Lisburn Permanent + Company Van + Fuel Card An opportunity for an experienced Painter & Decorator to carry out planned and reactive maintenance work across a range of properties. The role involves working independently and as part of a maintenance team to deliver high-quality painting and decorating services while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating work. Prepare internal and external surfaces for painting and decorating. Erect and dismantle access equipment and scaffolding safely. Drive company vehicles when required. Support and assist with training new staff and apprentices. Essential Requirements Full current driving licence. At least 3 year's experience in: Surface preparation prior to painting and decorating. Painting and decorating within a building maintenance environment. The successful candidate will be a qualified Painter & Decorator with maintenance experience, strong health & safety awareness, and the ability to deliver high-quality work across a variety of occupied and non-occupied properties.
