Property Consultant Nailsea £27,000–£29,000 An experienced and confident Senior Property Consultant is required for the Nailsea office. The role involves managing the full sales process, securing new instructions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced environment. Hours:  Monday–Friday 8:45am–6pm  Saturday 9am–4pm (1 in 3, day off in lieu) Main Duties Managing enquiries and registering applicants Conducting viewings and advising buyers Carrying out valuations and securing instructions Negotiating offers and progressing sales Building strong client relationships Generating new business and maintaining local presence Ensuring compliance throughout the process Skills & Experience Estate agency experience at Senior Negotiator or Valuer level Strong local market knowledge Proven track record in valuations and sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and professional Full UK driving licence Please click APPLY
