Assistant Site Manager (retrofit)

NPP are recruiting for an assistant site manager to perform duties supporting the site team on an ongoing social housing retrofit project in the Chester area Our client is a specialist in retrofit and EWI works in the social housing sector Core Responsibilities * Site Operations: Help the lead site manager coordinate daily tasks, material deliveries, and subcontractor schedules. * Quality & Safety: Perform safety audits, risk assessments, and quality control checks to meet legal standards and project goals. * Resident Liaison: Work alongside Resident Liaison Officers to ensure minimum disruption to tenants living in occupied properties. * Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, resolve snags, and complete handover records. Essential Requirements * Experience: Prior background as a site supervisor or assistant manager in residential or social housing refurbishment. * Certifications: Valid CSCS card and First Aid at Work certification. * Safety Training: SSSTS or SMSTS certification * Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence, as travel between local sites is often required How to Apply: This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Nelson Permanent Placements Ltd.
