Job Description Civil and Housing Litigation Lawyer /n Locum, 3+ months /n Remote /n /n About the Role: /n Sellick Partnership is looking for a Civil and Housing Litigation Lawyer to join a friendly and well-established local authority on a locum basis. Remote working is available. /n /n Key Responsibilities include dealing with civil litigation matters such as: /n /n - Injunctions /n - Anti-social Behaviour /n - Possession /n - Debt recovery /n - Closure orders /n - Judicial review /n /n /n This role would be best suited to a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with previous experience working in local government in Litigation. /n Some court attendance would be preferable, however fully remote working is available for the right candidate. /n The client is open to both part-time and full-time applicants. /n We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for shortlisting.
