Description Support recruitment consultants in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for various roles. Utilise job boards, databases, and social media platforms to attract talent. Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the process. Ensure all candidate information is accurately documented and updated in internal systems. Assist in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for future requirements. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team as required. Deliver excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.Profile A successful Resourcer should have: A background in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
