Are you an HV Plant Engineer with extensive experience reviewing and approving designs for DNO projects? If so, please read on...
Essential Skillset:
10+ years experience in HV Plant Engineering within Transmission & Distribution projects
Experience working on 132kV, 275kV and 400kV transmission projects
Strong understanding of substations, transformers, switchgear and associated HV infrastructure
Proven experience reviewing, assessing and approving contractor design submissions
Experience working to DNO engineering standards
Proven experience in leading design review meetings and providing technical ownership on project delivery
Proven experience in being the primary technical point of contact for HV Plant design
Experience in supporting HAZID and engineering risk assessments
Strong stakeholder management skills with clients, contractors and project teams
Desirable:
Chartered Engineer or working towards professional registration
Experience xwzovoh producing, reviewing and approving designs for National Grid projects
Currently hold or previously held National Grid TP141 Design Assurance Engineer authorisation
Currently hold or previously held National Grid BP137 Contractor Design Approval Engineer
