Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic to join our team in North Scarle, Lincoln (LN6) .

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HGV Fitter or Heavy Vehicle Technician looking for a stable, long-term role within a supportive and growing company.

Key Responsibilities Routine inspections, servicing, and defect repairs on HGVs Preparing vehicles for hire and sale Carrying out pre-MOT inspections and attending MOT tests Fault diagnosis, repair, and general HGV maintenance Occasional roadside repairs and support Completing inspection, service, and compliance paperwork Working independently and within a workshop team Liaising with parts and office teams as required Following all Health & Safety procedures Requirements Proven experience as an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work independently and manage workload Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills Comfortable working to deadlines Desirable (not essential): Experience with RCVs or municipal vehicles Welding, hydraulics, or auto-electrical skills IRTEC qualification HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence Benefits Competitive salary (£30,000£44,000 DOE) Overtime available On-site parking Supportive, close-knit team environment Weekly Free Food Friday (company-paid lunch) Stable, long-term position with a growing employer Working Hours Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts Weekend work available as required Location North Scarle, Lincoln (LN6) Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate. xwzovoh
