FRA Contract and Compliance Manager Location: North London Job Type: Temporary Sector: Local Authority Salary: Competitive Reed is exclusively recruiting on behalf of a local authority in North London for a temporary Fire Contract and Compliance Manager. This vital role focuses on leading and supporting the Fire Compliance team, managing the FRA programme, FRA remedials, and Door inspection programme. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, with three days based at the Brent offices, including site visits. Day-to-day Responsibilities: Lead and Support: Directly manage up to 4 team members in the Fire Compliance team. Programme Management: Oversee the FRA programme, ensuring all aspects of fire safety compliance are met. Inspections and Remedials: Manage the door inspection programme and coordinate remedial actions following inspections. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven Experience: Extensive experience in fire safety compliance and contract management within a local authority or similar environment. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and complex projects. Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of fire safety regulations and compliance requirements.
