Aftersales Advisor Desmond Motors Work Schedule : Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:30pm Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced, customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join our busy dealership team on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our workshop customers, managing service bookings, liaising with technicians, updating customers on repair progress, and ensuring a seamless aftersales experience. Key Responsibilities: Greeting customers, booking in vehicles, and discussing repair requirements. Looking up and ordering parts, managing workshop schedules and communicating effectively with the workshop team. Providing transparent, professional updates to customers throughout the day. Handling invoicing, warranty claims, and vehicle handovers. What We Are Looking For: Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or within a dealership aftersales environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) Pinewood is an advantage. Ability to step into a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running.
