Construction Manager

Role: Construction Manager (E&P/P&D) Location: Midlands or Cheshire Job Type: 12 months minimum contract Rate: £400-£500/day Morson Vital are recruiting an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the safe delivery of rail Electrification & Plant (E&P) and Power & Distribution (P&D) projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong site management expertise and a solid understanding of CDM Regulations within a rail environment. Key Responsibilities: 🔺 Lead and coordinate site construction activities across E&P and P&D projects. 🔺 Ensure full compliance with CDM 2015, health, safety, and environmental requirements. 🔺 Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently. 🔺 Monitor programme, quality, and productivity to achieve project objectives. 🔺 Conduct site inspections, risk reviews, and ensure effective implementation of safe systems of work. Requirements: 🔺 Proven experience as a Construction Manager within the rail sector. 🔺 Strong background in E&P and Power & Distribution infrastructure projects. 🔺 Sound knowledge of CDM Regulations, construction safety, and rail standards. 🔺 Experience managing multidisciplinary site teams and contractors. 🔺 PTS and relevant rail construction certifications preferred If you're an experienced rail construction professional with E&P, P&D, and CDM expertise, we'd like to hear from you.
