Responsibilities:

MUST BE LOCAL TO STOCKPORT
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as tiles, slate
- Inspect roofs for damage and identify necessary repairs or replacements
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Remove old roofing materials and properly dispose of them
- Ensure roofs are properly waterproofed and sealed to prevent leaks
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working at heights

Experience:
- experience in slate and tile essential

-flat roofing
- Proficient in using roofing tools and equipment
- Knowledgeable about different roofing materials and their application techniques
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to roofing
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve roofing issues
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate with clients
