Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing Retrofit & EWI South Wales | Permanent or Freelance Considered | £40,000 to £75,000 p.a. (depending on experience) We are working with a well-established South Wales contractor that is experiencing significant growth within its social housing retrofit and decarbonisation division. Following the award of additional projects and an increasing workload, the business is expanding its specialist retrofit team and is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in its continued development. This is an opportunity to join a contractor that is building a dedicated team focused on delivering External Wall Insulation (EWI), energy efficiency, refurbishment and retrofit projects across the social housing sector. Unlike many commercial construction roles, success in this position is not measured by the size of the projects you have worked on, but by your understanding of retrofit construction, social housing delivery and your ability to manage commercial challenges independently.
