You will manage a varied private family caseload, with work including:
Divorce and financial remedy
Private children matters
Cohabitation agreements
Injunctions
Pre and post-nuptial agreements
There is scope to develop your caseload further depending on your experience, interests and long-term career aspirations.
About You The team is open to speaking with Family Solicitors at different stages of their career, provided you have solid experience across private family work.
You will ideally have:
Experience handling a mixed private family caseload
Experience across divorce, finances and private children matters
Strong client care and communication skills
The ability to manage your own caseload and work with a good level of autonomy
A proactive and personable approach
