Senior Local Marketing Manager

As our Senior Local Marketing Manager for Domiciliary, you'll play a vital role in helping our Optics and Audiology Partners grow their businesses across the UK and help them connect with their local communities to deliver life-changing services.

This is a varied and exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking, commercial insight and creativity, in a role where your impact will be seen nationwide. Acting as a trusted marketing expert, you'll work closely with our Partners, Retail teams and other specialists to develop and deliver impactful local marketing strategies that respond to business opportunities, market challenges and community needs.  You'll create targeted campaigns that drive performance and identify opportunities to grow market share, and you'll also use performance data, customer insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and continuously improve results. From planning and executing marketing activity to managing budgets, media plans and creative assets, you'll bring a commercial mindset and a practical approach to making things happen.

This role will be predominantly home-based with some travel around the UK, including to our head office in Guernsey (requiring some overnight stays).
