What You'll Be Doing:
• Take ownership of live searches and client relationships across the DACH region
• Build your own client base and develop long-term partnerships with leading tech companies
• Source, assess, and engage with high-level candidates across tech functions
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development
• Operate in a niche vertical where you become the recognized expert
What You'll Bring:
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or B2B sales
• Native or fluent German speaker with strong professional English
• Exceptional Communication – You express ideas clearly, persuasively, and with genuine professionalism
