Remote working
£55,000 to earn £85K OTE
We are recruiting a Commercial Manager for our client, a market-leading facilities management provider with over 100 employees and £10 million + turnover.
As Commercial Manager, you will be focussing on the growth within the NHS/Healthcare sector. This role is predominantly remote working, so you will spend your time generating opportunities working from home, meeting clients as needed, with 1 day per month required in their Birmingham office.
As Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Generating and following up sales leads and opportunities.
Management of sales pipeline.
Meeting agreed KPIs and targets.
Maintaining strong client relationships.
Updating the CRM system accurately with all appropriate KPIs, Pipeline, Opportunity and Revenue achievement.
Commercial Manager Requirements:
Previous experience of dealing with the NHS, Hospital Trusts and Healthcare sector
B2B or B2C sales experience, with a consultative approach.
Ability to manage and nurture potential client relationships through lengthy contract processes.
Strong pipeline management skills.
Resilient, with confident negotiation and relationship building skills.
As Commercial Manager, you can expect a salary of up to £55,000 if successful, with on target earnings of £85,000+, along with a company car or car allowance, so this is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your earning potential.
