The Role We are looking for a confident Business Trainer & Coach with strong financial knowledge and excellent presentation skills. This is a front-facing role focused on delivering engaging in-person training events and supporting business owners to improve performance and profitability. Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-energy Discovery Day training sessions, helping business owners understand their current position and growth potential * Provide clear, practical financial guidance, including forecasting, budgeting, and profit improvement * Coach clients through one-to-one and group sessions to support implementation and accountability * Simplify financial concepts and help clients make confident business decisions * Contribute to training content and continuously improve programme delivery * Represent the business at events and workshops, inspiring and motivating audiences About You * Experience in business management, ideally within trades, construction, or SMEs * Strong financial understanding (cash flow, P&L, forecasting, budgeting) * Background in training, coaching, or public speaking * Engaging communicator who can simplify complex information * Organised, proactive, and passionate about helping businesses succeed What We Offer * Competitive salary and clear career progression * Modern office environment and on-site parking * Pension and wellbeing support * Collaborative, fast-growing team culture * Opportunity to make a real impact in the trades sector Important This is a fully office-based role in Peterborough, with regular in-person training delivery required
