This is the ideal role for someone who is an excellent communicator and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Our client is continuing to grow and expand the business, making it a perfect time to join.
The Role Responsible for scheduling and coordinating of shipments for import and exports.
Providing high level customer service and updating of tracking systems.
Administrative tasks including, invoicing and reports.
Handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies regarding shipments.
The Right Person A strong administrator, ideally with previous experience working within shipping/ transport.
Ability to work within tight time frames and be an excellent communicator.
IT proficiency, good with numbers and ability to pick up on new systems quickly.
A customer service professional, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
The package for this role includes a salary of up to £25,000 with a 35 hour working week.
