This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate lawyer with strong technical skills who enjoys training, research, drafting and supporting fee earners across a major practice group. The role offers full flexibility, including hybrid and part time options.The RoleYou will support the delivery of the firm's Knowledge strategy and play a key role in enabling the Real Estate team to work efficiently and consistently. Responsibilities include:Supporting delivery of the 2030 Knowledge PlanCreating and maintaining precedents where external sources do not provide themCollating and managing precedents from subscription providersDesigning and delivering internal training for trainees, junior lawyers and wider teamsSupporting knowledge sharing sessions and capturing lessons learnedContributing to training for new joinersAssisting in the creation of client facing trainingMonitoring legal developments with the Research team and updating internal guidanceEnsuring team resources are accessible and well organisedIdentifying opportunities for efficiencies through process improvement or technologyDrafting internal legal insights and external articlesSupporting responses to tenders and specific legal queriesCollaborating with Knowledge Lawyers across other practice groupsCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:2+ years' PQE in Real EstateStrong technical knowledge of Real Estate lawExcellent drafting and research skillsAbility to analyse and communicate complex information clearlyStrong organisational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesConfidence working independently and collaborativelyA proactive, client focused mindsetStrong interpersonal and communication skillsThe TeamThe Real Estate group is one of the largest in the UK, with over 180 specialists advising on thousands of transactions each year.
