Supply Chain Analyst

Are you a Supply Chain Analyst or Materials Controller looking for a new role Do you have experience of a manufacturing supply chain managing materials into production to meet production demand Are you looking for a new role as a Supply Chain or Materials Analyst working in a fantastic production planning and materials team Kingscroft have been asked to work with a specialist manufacturing business to recruit a Supply Chain Analyst. As the ideal candidate you will have experience working in a materials, production or logistics supply team with expert knowledge of MRP systems and experience of supporting manufacturing operations. You will be data orientated and confident placing orders, working with suppliers and internal teams. Key Tasks and Responsibilities MRP interrogation ensuring materials demand aligns with the production plans Release of purchase orders, supplier schedules in a timely accurate manner Maintain accurate supplier planning (MOQ, lead-time etc.) Facilitate supplier coordination ensuring deliveries are aligned to MRP and supplier schedule demand profile Expedite de-expedite supplier deliveries in accordance with fluctuating actual demand plans Ensure timely communication of order confirmations, delivery dates, and changes Assist with stock level monitoring and highlight potential excesses, shortages or risk Prepare routine materials supply chain reports, including KPIs, delivery performance, and inventory metrics Maintain import documentation (C88 etc.) in order to comply with HMRC import compliance Support the Materials Manager and procurement team as needed with day to day tasks Support once yearly companywide inventory stock-take for any needed internal or offsite inventory counts or audits This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established yet innovative manufacturing business in role that is key in production and materials flow delivering an efficient materials service.
