Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant – London – Hybrid | Agency Recruitment

The Role: As a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll drive revenue, mentor others, and elevate the 11 Investments brand in your market. You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle while building high-value relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage an engaged client and candidate network
  • Run end-to-end recruitment processes with commercial confidence
  • Grow market share through new business development
  • Deliver thought leadership and long-term strategic value
  • Mentor junior consultants and support training & team development
  • Represent the 11 Investments brand positively and professionally
  • Step in to support leadership initiatives when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a successful 360 agency recruiter
  • A strong individual billing track record, with team or mentoring experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and driven by personal and collective success
