As the first full-time marketing hire, you will operationalise 100% year‑on‑year growth by building a scalable demand‑generation engine from scratch. You will turn proprietary creator data into industry‑defining authority and repeatable enterprise pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build a repeatable demand generation engine across content, LinkedIn, and performance to drive enterprise sales pipeline.
• Translate proprietary creator intelligence into high‑authority industry reports like the “State of Beauty” and “State of Fitness.”
• Design and execute high-impact executive roundtables and invite‑only events that drive tangible commercial value.

Ideal Candidate

• 5‑10+ years of B2B marketing experience within martech, adtech, or high‑growth media technology environments.
• Proven track record as a “player‑coach” who can build attribution systems and write copy without needing a large team.
• Commercially minded operator who prioritises pipeline math and revenue generation over abstract brand theory.
