In-House Family LawyerSalary: CompetitiveLocation: BirminghamOur In-House Client (a Non-Profit Charity Organisation) is looking for an assured Family / Child Law Lawyer to join its friendly team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have the opportunity of working within a busy, collegiate team and will be expected to handle a wide variety of complex family and child law matters. A genuine connection to Birmingham would be an advantage to any application.The work on offer is of a good standard and the successful candidate will have ideally gained experience of the law relating to children and knowledge of public law (including the Children Act) and community care. As an experienced lawyer, you will have at least 3PQE, preferably within child law. You will perform the duties of a lawyer, working within agreed performance targets and will be expected to carry a reasonable number of cases.
