Role Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Bench Welder to join a busy production and fabrication team . This is a hands-on role supporting the assembly and weld fabrication of mild steel products within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
MIG welding of mild steel components to required specifications.
Assembly and fabrication of mild steel pallets.
Supporting the production and assembly team to meet daily targets.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Following engineering drawings and work instructions where required.
Essential Requirements
Previous MIG welding experience.
Ability to work efficiently in a production or fabrication environment.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
