Client
The client has had considerable year on year growth and we have worked extensively with the client placing over 40 people into their teams and receiving positive feedback from this. They are a large biotech that focus on their pioneering research. With 11% growth in the last two years and an average employee tenure of over 6 years, they are committed to being a driven and positive workplace. They have recently announced a new R&D facility to open in Belgium to continue to drive their growth forward, including this vacancy on their Slough site.
Role
The role is for a Scientist to support upstream activities including early-stage process development, process optimisation, technology transfer, and manufacturing support activities. The focus on the role would be to develop scalable mammalian cell culture processes, perform process characterisation and troubleshooting studies, and support the delivery of innovative protein therapeutics.
