Bar Supervisor – Full Time

We're looking for a confident, energetic and customer-focused Bar Supervisor to join our friendly team, working at Burlington Tavern in Hull's historic Old Town. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full-time hours, weekly pay and ongoing work in a fast-paced and sociable environment.
Supervising and supporting the bar team during service
Delivering excellent customer experiences
Maintaining high standards of service and presentation
Handling busy periods confidently and efficiently
Supporting management with the smooth running of shifts

Previous bar experience is essential
Previous supervisory or team leader experience is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable, professional and hard-working
Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
Comfortable working evenings and late-night shifts, particularly Fridays and Saturdays
Able to thrive in a busy hospitality environment
Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

13.27 per hour plus holiday pay (Opportunity to Increase)
Full-time hours available every week
