This is an excellent opportunity for a driven QS to work across a range of projects, gaining exposure to both UK and ROI sites while developing within a supportive and forward-thinking business. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Role You will play a key role within the commercial function, supporting the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account. Key responsibilities include: Preparation and management of project cost plans and budgets Measurement, valuation, and agreement of works Procurement and management of subcontractor packages Preparation of interim valuations and final accounts Cost reporting and commercial forecasting Managing variations and change control processes Liaising with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure commercial efficiency Supporting project delivery across multiple live sites -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Requirements Minimum 34 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role Strong commercial awareness with a good understanding of construction processes Ability to manage costs across multiple projects Good communication and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard QS systems Desirable (not essential): Experience within drylining / ceilings / interior fit-out projects -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Travel Role will involve travel across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and the UK Flexibility for overnight stays is essential -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Whats on Offer Competitive salary (DOE) Exposure to a varied project portfolio Opportunity for career progression within a growing business Supportive and collaborative working environment Skills: Surveying Fitout Drywalling
