Head of Change

Head of Change Leeds Up to £100,000 Hybrid working Shillito Group are recruiting a Head of Change for an established financial services business in Leeds. This is not a role where you set the strategy and leave somebody else to deliver it. You will own the change portfolio, influence decisions at Board level and lead an established Projects and Change team. You will also stay close to delivery, remove barriers and make sure change is properly embedded across the business. A strong understanding of FCA regulation and Consumer Duty is important. You will need to turn regulatory requirements into practical change that works for the business and delivers the right outcomes for clients. What you'll be doing Leading the business wide change strategy and portfolio Delivering regulatory, operational and technology change Prioritising projects based on risk, resources and commercial value Influencing and challenging Board members and senior leaders Strengthening governance, reporting and risk controls Leading and developing the Projects and Change team Making sure change delivers measurable, lasting results What we're looking for Senior change or transformation experience within financial services Strong knowledge of FCA regulation and Consumer Duty Experience delivering both business and technology change A track record of managing complex portfolios and competing priorities Confidence influencing and challenging at Board level The ability to balance strategy with hands-on deliveryShillito Group is a specialist recruitment and executive search partner, working with ambitious businesses to secure high-impact talent across commercial and engineering markets.
