Sausage Production Specialist

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Sausage Production Specialists to join our production team. This role is strictly for candidates with hands-on experience in sausage manufacturing and a thorough understanding of the complete sausage production process from raw material preparation to final product packaging.

Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor sausage production machinery, including: Bowl Cutters
Tumblers
Sausage Filling Machines
Linking and clipping equipment

Prepare and process meat according to production specifications and recipes.
Ensure product quality, consistency, and food safety standards are maintained throughout production.
Monitor production parameters and make necessary adjustments to achieve required product specifications.
Perform machine setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
Follow HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.

Applicants must:
Have proven experience exclusively or primarily in sausage manufacturing.
Be fully familiar with the complete sausage production process.
Have hands-on experience operating Bowl Cutters, Tumblers, and Sausage Filling Machines.
Understand meat preparation, mixing, emulsification, filling, cooking, and packaging processes.
Be able to work independently and as part of a production team.
Have strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a commercial meat processing or sausage manufacturing facility.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and processes.
