Senior Asbestos & Occupational Disease Solicitor

Irwin Mitchell LLP in Newcastle is seeking a Grade A Solicitor with approximately 4-10 years' PQE and a strong background in Asbestos and Occupational Disease litigation. You’ll join a highly regarded specialist disease practice handling mesothelioma and other asbestos-related claims.

You’ll manage your own litigated caseload while supporting senior colleagues on high-value matters and you’ll work closely with clients at difficult moments, delivering clear, empathetic advice and robust advocacy.
