Maintenance Manager 📍 Melton Mowbray (LE14) 💰 £60,000 - £65,000 🕗 Days | Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 16:30 A well-established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and develop the engineering function at their production facility. The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance department, ensuring high levels of equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and driving continuous improvement across the site. Key Responsibilities Leading and managing the engineering and maintenance team Overseeing planned preventative maintenance activities Managing reactive maintenance and reducing equipment downtime Driving continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Managing engineering budgets and contractor activities Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations Supporting production to achieve operational targets Developing maintenance strategies and engineering standards Requirements Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager position Strong background within manufacturing or production environments Electrical and/or mechanical engineering knowledge Proven leadership and team management experience Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities Strong understanding of health & safety and maintenance systems What's on Offer £60,000 - £65,000 salary Monday to Friday days role Stable and successful manufacturing business Opportunity to lead and influence site engineering performance Pension and additional company benefitsIf you are an experienced Maintenance Manager looking for your next challenge within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, apply today for immediate consideration
