Key Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicles are booked in, work is clearly communicated and customers receive a first-class experience.

Manage customer bookings and vehicle enquiries
Liaise closely with technicians and the workshop team
Provide clear updates on vehicle repairs and servicing
Prepare and explain repair estimates and invoices
Identify additional work and maintenance requirements
Ensure customers receive a professional and seamless service
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process

What we're looking for:

We're ideally looking for someone with previous Automotive Service Advisor experience, although this role could also suit an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to move into a customer-facing position.

Previous experience within the motor trade or automotive industry
Strong understanding of workshop operations and vehicle repairs
Parts knowledge or previous parts experience would be highly beneficial
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Organised, confident and comfortable dealing with customers
A genuine interest in delivering a premium customer experience
