Senior Architectural Technician

Role & Responsibilities * Produce coordinated technical drawing packages * Lead technical delivery project stages * Coordinate with contractors and consultants * Attend regular site visits * Support junior team members The role includes managing technical documentation, maintaining drawing accuracy, and contributing to refurbishment and sustainability-led projects through all technical delivery stages. Skills & Experience Required * At least 4 years UK project experience * Strong UK construction knowledge * Advanced AutoCAD capability * Revit experience highly beneficial * Excellent communication skills Candidates should demonstrate experience delivering coordinated construction information across multiple sectors while managing deadlines and technical responsibilities effectively.
