Security Receptionist – SIA Licensed

JRS Associates Ltd has partnered with an exciting and growing manufacturer who are looking to add an experienced Security Receptionist to their team. This is a permanent position offering a strong basic salary, excellent shift premiums and a varied role combining front-of-house, security, access control and administration. The Successful Security Receptionist – SIA Licensed will receive: * £30,000 – £32,000 basic salary * 20% shift allowance for the 2-week rotational shift * 30% shift allowance for permanent nights * 23 days holiday + bank holidays * 31 days total annual leave * 3 days automatically allocated to the Christmas shutdown * Permanent position * Excellent long-term opportunity with an established business Shifts Available: Days * Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm * Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm 2-Week Rotational Shift – 20% uplift * Week 1: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm * Week 2: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm Nights – 30% uplift * Monday – Thursday: 9:00pm – 6:30am * Friday: 9:00pm – 1:00am The Successful Candidate will: * Providing a professional front-of-house and reception service * Managing visitors, contractors, calls, emails and general enquiries * Controlling site access, visitor passes and entry/exit records * Monitoring CCTV and security systems * Responding to alarms, incidents and emergency situations * Maintaining visitor, contractor, security and incident records * Ensuring visitors and contractors follow site security and H&S procedures * Completing general administration, data entry and document management * Supporting HR administration including new starters and onboarding * Supporting purchasing and supply chain administration * Updating spreadsheets, trackers and reports * Managing post, deliveries and courier packages * Liaising with employees, management, suppliers and contractors If you are an experienced SIA Licensed Security Receptionist / Security Officer / Front of House Security Officer looking for a permanent opportunity, please apply today
