If you're commercially driven, enjoy working collaboratively, and want to play a key role in delivering successful, safe and high‑quality projects, this could be the perfect next step for you ððð¼ What You'll Be DoingAs a key member of our commercial team, you'll lead on pre‑ and post‑contract strategy, ensuring our commercial processes run smoothly and deliver maximum value across each project.Your role will include:Managing subcontract procurement, measurement, valuation and contractual processesSupporting strong Health & Safety standards through regular reviews and compliance checksLeading valuations, cashflow management and monthly reporting (CVRs, procurement & progress updates)Working closely with project teams to optimise procurement, production, and commercial outcomesBuilding positive relationships with clients, consultants and wider stakeholders ðSupporting and developing commercial team capability and performanceð What You'll BringWe're looking for someone who has:Knowledge of construction methods, measurement & valuationExperience with subcontract procurement and NEC contracts (preferred)Strong commercial and financial skills, with the ability to drive cost control and value recoveryConfidence building relationships across clients, PQS, design teams and supply chainA proactive, collaborative and solutions‑focused approach Why Join Us?At WPS, you'll be part of a friendly, supportive and forward‑thinking team.
