Our client is looking to recruit a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent service, and working within a busy and supportive office environment. Previous lettings experience is welcomed, though candidates with strong transferable skills from sales, customer service, hospitality, or administration will also be considered.

Responsibilities:
You’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of a busy lettings department, supporting both landlords and tenants throughout the rental process.
Duties will include:
* Speaking with prospective tenants and landlords
* Arranging and carrying out property viewings
* Matching applicants to suitable properties
* Negotiating tenancy agreements
* Preparing tenancy documentation and references
* Coordinating renewals and tenancy updates
* Assisting with compliance and legal paperwork
* Responding to general enquiries by phone and email
* Supporting with maintenance coordination when needed
* Building long-term client relationships
* Assisting in growing the lettings portfolio
Requirements:
* Previous experience would be desirable, but transfer skills/ roles held will be considered.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Professional and approachable manner
* Good attention to detail
* Confident using IT systems and email.
* Ability to work well within a team.
* Full UK driving licence essential.
Experience within lettings or estate agency would be advantageous, however attitude, personality, and willingness to learn are just as important.
