Sales Admin Support / Order Processor 📍 Location: Sunbury 🕘 Hours: Full Time | Office Based 💷 Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 P.A. 🏢 About the Company Our client is a very well-established and friendly business looking to recruit someone who is precise, organised and detail-oriented. This is a varied administrative role involving regular liaison with customers, suppliers and internal teams. 📋 Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: * 📦 Order Processing * 📋 Dealing with Surveys * 🛒 Raising relevant orders with suppliers * 📞 Client Contact – confirming and discussing orders via phone and email * 📧 Supplier Contact – mostly electronic communication, with some telephone work * 🤝 Team Contact – liaising with internal and external teams * 🗂️ General Business & Administrative Support * 📅 Booking in scheduled works * 💬 Receiving and responding to enquiries and queries from clients ⭐ About You This role will suit someone who: * Has experience in client/customer contact * Is precise, organised and detail-oriented * Has experience working as part of a team * Is confident communicating by phone and email * Has experience using Microsoft applications * Ideally has experience using CRM systems * Is reliable, professional and able to manage multiple tasks * Has worked within a manufacturing or engineering business 🚚 Additional Requirement You may occasionally be required to assist with taking in deliveries for the warehouse, when needed.
