Operations Administrator Rugby (Office based) Up to £32,000 per annum plus great benefits package. 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (Some flexibility with hours & part time would be considered) Are you looking for a stable long term role? What You’ll Be Doing - Compliance management - maintaining and renewing certifications including ISO9001 - Project coordination - supporting setup, scheduling and documentation for projects - RAMS & audit preparation - managing training records, competency logs and evidence packs - Tender & quotation support - ensuring accuracy and meeting client deadlines - Stakeholder management - working with external teams, subcontractors and internal departments - Project administration - document control, operational support and general coordination duties What We’re Looking For - Experience in construction, infrastructure or civil engineering is highly desirable - Background in operations support, compliance or project coordination - Comfortable working in audited or regulated environments - Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail - Fully computer literate with experience using the full Microsoft suite - Confident communicator able to influence and collaborate across teams If this sounds like the role for you then APPLY NOW!
