The Opportunity:
This is far more than a traditional Finance Business Partner position. You'll become the commercial finance lead, partnering with senior operational leaders and providing insight that directly influences profitability, growth and strategic decision-making.

You'll have exposure to:
Board-level reporting and presentation
Commercial strategy development
Budgeting and forecasting ownership
Financial performance improvement initiatives
Strategic bids and commercial submissions

The successful candidate will own the forecasting process, challenge business performance, drive utilisation and profitability improvements and provide meaningful commercial insight to senior decision-makers.

You'll likely bring:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
Previous Finance Business Partnering experience
Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
Experience influencing senior stakeholders
Budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis expertise
Confidence presenting financial information to non-finance audiences
A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in business performance
