Key Responsibilities * Manage a complex caseload of long-term looked-after children, ensuring statutory visits and reviews are completed to the highest standard. * Develop, implement, and review pathway plans and care plans tailored to each child’s unique needs. * Collaborate effectively with foster carers, residential staff, schools, and health professionals to build a strong support network around the child. * Participate in office-based duty days, contributing to a responsive and cohesive team environment. Requirements * Social Work England registration. * Significant post-qualifying experience within a Children in Care or Looked After Children (LAC) team. * Strong assessment, care planning, and communication skills. * Ability to work full-time and attend office-based duty days in Northampton.
