Subject Specialist

(English, Maths, Science, or Humanities) who can adapt their curriculum to meet diverse needs. An

NQT/ECT

with passion, resilience, and a hunger to make a real difference from day one. You MUST have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

or equivalent UK teaching qualification. Experience or a genuine passion for working with SEN-whether through placements, previous roles, or personal drive. The ability to plan, assess, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of learners with varied abilities. The resilience to manage challenging behaviour with empathy and authority.
